Excerpts from Recommendation
Letters:
“Jon has performed numerous roles over
the past 2 plus years with the Illinois Rivers Power Line Project. As an
Agent, he closed tracts quicker than anyone else. He was made the Survey
Coordinator and took a nonexistent program and made it viable. He then was
made a Permit Agent. He was in charge of finding Drainage Districts and at
same time he was given the job of Railroad Permit Agent. He excelled in all
these tacks and got them up and running efficiently making it very easy to
transfer them to new agents. When available Jon is ready to assume the role
as lead and soon after for promotion to supervisor.” George Anderson,
Project Manager, Ameren Illinois Rivers Project. 11/2015
“Jon is the best negotiator I’ve seen in
my 30 plus years with Koch, bar none.” – Terrell Zigler, Right of Way
Supervisor, Koch Industries, Inc.
“…he has shown the aptitude and drive
necessary to bring a complicated project to a timely and successful
resolution. I can confidently give Jon my highest recommendation as a
valuable addition and asset to our industry.” – Pat Grammar, Land Manager,
Texas International Petroleum Company.
“Jon is extremely conscientious and is
dedicated to completing any task to which he is assigned. Jon has an
understanding of how a land department should function and interrelate with
other departments in an active oil and gas exploration firm.” – Jim Smith,
Division Land Manager, Universal Resources Corporation.
“I feel confident in Jon’s ability to function
as our representative due to his experience as a Title Analyst, Records
Landman, Staff Landman, and as a Division Order Analyst.” – Dick Eshelman,
Division Manager, Gathers Software, Inc.
“Jon is one of the best backup men with
whom I have worked. I think he is an asset to Tenneco.” – Carl G. Patton,
General Manager, Walker Louisiana Properties.
“Jon was a hard worker and thoroughly
understood the lease records organization and functions. Jon has a pleasant
manner and conducts his business professionally. He was well-liked by
everyone at E. R. G. and we enjoyed working with him.” – K. Wayne Thornton,
